School Links

Taking part in our School Link programme gives school children in the UK the opportunity to learn about a different culture, take part in an exciting charitable initiative and make a change in the lives of some of the poorest children in the world.

By taking part in our School Link programme, your school will receive:

​

• A virtual or in-person talk from one of the Karibuni team about life in Kenya for children and young people and the work we do to support them. We can tailor this to your school’s specific requirements or the curriculum of the year group we’re talking to.

• Regular updates from the schools and communities in which we work.

​​

• Work experience opportunities for students in Year 11. This gives participants the opportunity to gain valuable experience in our UK office, learning about all aspects of working for an NGO, including fundraising, marketing, operations, finance, and everything in between!
