At the end of Primary school Kenyan children sit the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education. This year 20 children from the Kibera project sat the exam and 16 achieved a mark high enough to qualify for a Karibuni sponsored place at Secondary school. The other 4 will be offered Vocational Training. This is a brilliant result. Most of these children have attended local Government Primary schools where class sizes can exceed 100. We congratulate the children, their teachers and the staff of the Tusaidie Watoto, Kibera project.
